Privacy policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
This policy explains what Dimies collects, why, and what your choices are. It covers both visitors to our site and customers using the product. Contact us any time at support@dimies.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, company, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
- Customer content — the conversation and trace data your systems send to Dimies via our SDKs, APIs, or proxies. What this contains is under your control; it may include personal data of your end users, which you are responsible for having the right to share with us.
- Usage data — product analytics about how you use the Dimies dashboard (pages viewed, features used), collected via PostHog.
- Billing data — handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
2. How we use data
- To provide the service: ingesting, analyzing, and displaying your data.
- To power analysis features: conversation content may be processed by large-language-model providers (such as Anthropic) to classify topics, resolution, and safety events. These providers process data to provide the service to us and are not permitted to train on it.
- To send transactional email (verification codes, team invites) via Resend.
- To understand and improve the product, and to communicate with you about it.
We do not sell personal data.
3. Subprocessors
We use a small set of service providers to run Dimies: Railway (hosting), Paddle (payments), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (product analytics), and large-language-model providers for automated analysis. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
4. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Customer content is retained according to your plan’s retention window and then deleted. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@dimies.com; we complete deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and LGPD), you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data. Email support@dimies.comand we’ll help. If you are an end user of a product that uses Dimies, contact that product’s operator — they control the data and we process it on their behalf.
7. International transfers
Our infrastructure runs in the United States. Where data is transferred across borders we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
