Terms of service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Who we are
Dimies (“Dimies”, “we”, “us”) provides product analytics for AI agents: we help teams understand the conversations their users have with their AI products — topics, resolution, frustration, quality checks, and safety events. You can reach us at support@dimies.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
3. The service
Dimies ingests conversation and trace data that you choose to send us via our SDKs, APIs, or proxies, and produces analytics, classifications, and reports on top of it. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. Keep API keys secret and tell us promptly at support@dimies.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you send to Dimies. You grant us the license needed to host, process, and analyze that data solely to provide and improve the service for you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to send us that data, including any personal data contained in end-user conversations. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t probe, breach, or test the vulnerability of the service.
- Don’t resell or provide the service to third parties as your own offering.
- Don’t send us data you have no right to process.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment, invoicing, and sales tax. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our refund policy. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
8. Free tier
The free tier is provided as-is for evaluation and small projects, with usage limits we may adjust. We may suspend free accounts that are inactive or abusive.
9. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and documentation, belongs to Dimies. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Analytics, classifications, and safety signals are automated aids, not guarantees — verify before relying on them for critical decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we’ll notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
